A native of Northwest Florida, Michael received a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Real Estate from Florida State University, and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. Before returning to Florida, he practiced in law in Washington, D.C., in the areas of real estate and bankruptcy.
Michael is a member of the Florida, District of Columbia, and Virginia bars, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, U.S. District Courts in Virginia and Washington, D.C., and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.
He has held a Florida Building Contractor's certificate since 1984, and lectures in the areas of construction law for courses sponsored by the Florida Department of Transportation and the Florida Association of Home Builders. In addition, he is a member of the International Code Council, the Florida Bar Real Property Section and Construction Law Committee, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa-Walton Counties, Inc.

Jill W. Crew
Jill received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Davis. She holds a Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in real estate and finance, a law degree (J.D.), and a Masters in Taxation (L.L.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.
Prior to practicing law, Jill worked for the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. in their business and tax divisions. In Washington, D.C., she practiced law with the national law firm Kelley, Drye & Warren in the areas of real estate, business planning and business transactions, bankruptcy, estate planning, and intellectual property law.
She is a member of the bars of Florida, California, and Washington, D.C., and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. Tax Court.

Robert A. ("Trey") Goodwin III
Trey received a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University. He is a member of the Florida Bar, and is a member-agent of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc.
Experience before practicing law includes administrative work with the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation, land surveying, and high-rise condominium project management.

David P. Oskin
David is an associate attorney at Crew & Crew, P.A. He is a member of the Florida and Pennsylvania Bars, and is licensed to practice before all Florida and Pennsylvania trial and appellate courts. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, cumlaude, and his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
David has extensive experience in construction outside of the practice of law. Prior to joining Crew & Crew, P.A., he worked for more than 14 years in the construction field in all major phases of construction.
